have some tuning questions.. k&n filter
Diamond racing pistons
new crank and rods with ARP Hardware
new crankshaft and lower end rebuild
custom grind cam 228 230dur /598 600lift, 112 LSA
stock ported heads with 650 lift springs
Cartek ported LS6 intake
Fast fuel rails
LS7 lifters
LS7 injectors
ported oil pump
SLP 160 DEG thermostat
hooker super comp headers
hooker y-pipe
hooker catback
rear posi unit
3.42 gears and moser axles
My car runs very weird. It was never tuned right before I bought it. I am planning on getting it dyno tuned but I wanted to know:
My car shuts off right after start.. I have to hold the accelerator down for about 5 seconds at 2k rpm before it stays on by itself.. what is causing this?
What kind of numbers should I expect with the mods?
Is there anything I should ask for with the tune?
Currently the car doesn't want to rev past 5k rpm.. How high can I raise the rev limiter to with my mods?
My car starts up with a non resistor key copy.. can this be reverted back?

Have you done any basic troubleshooting on this? What is the fuel pressure with key on? What is it right after it starts? What about the TPS setting?
Car should dyno ~400rwhp based on what I have seen
The car should go to 6400-6600rpm as long as you have supporting valve springs.
Are you sure it's the tunes rev limiter keeping it from revving, or is a bad tune?
The key thing can be reverted, it's just had VATS disabled.
