I tried searching but didn't find a specific answer. I just got a 2000 1500 silverado 4x4 and a misfire code is showing p0300. Would I be able to take the coils from my 2000 ls1 camaro and just swap them so I can make sure its the coils that are the problem because I know the ones on my camaro are good.

Yup, direct swap. If you put the truck coils on the Camaro, you'd need longer plug wires.
