New to tuning: How to load a tune file

I just got a HP Tuner I don't know how to use it haha, I read the tune and saved it to my desktop but I don't know how to read it or how to post the file on here for help, thanks in advance.

I have already checked the forums page on HP, I have read the tune I am trying to figure how to post the link to my tune on here so someone can help me read it, it does not allow me to copy and paste, so how are others posting theirs on this site? Thanks
