installing 0411 computer

installing 0411 computer ok guys the more I read the more boggled my brain is getting. I am installing an 0411 pcm ( out of a 2001 tahoe) into a vehicle wired and run by a 98 computer. I was starting to look at wiring diagrams for the 01 tahoe to repin my connectors. I noticed that depending on year model an make is how the 0411 is wired. I am wanting to install a 2 bar operating system after it is up and running. Which wiring year model pinout should I follow. I know I will have to license the truck system (2 credits), can I go straight from that system to my 2 bar operating system(2 more credits). If i wire it say per 2000 camaro pinout, do I have to license the truck then license a camaro tune then go to 2 bar? Not even sure if I am making sense at this point, lol. Sorry guys NOOB here and sometimes its best to stop reading threads and just ask. Thanks for any input you may have.
