Need help reading transmission codes!!

I am having trouble pulling codes on my transmission. Basically I don't have first gear or fourth gear and i've tried everything to fix it and nothing is working. I'm pretty much down to it being in the PCM because the scanner a guy I used to pull the codes, won't connect. It will scan the engine for codes but not the transmission. Anyone ever had this issue? What could be the problem here?

Well the first problem I see is YOU DON'T EVEN SAY WHAT THE VEHICLE IS.
