Default MAF Question

Quick question, I am removing a GM 25168491 MAF and replacing it with a ACDelco 15900023 MAF. Will I need to get the PCM re-tuned to make it work correctly?

I am sure the best of the best will chime in but my .02 is that the original needs a tune to work correctly.

Is it a direct replacement piece?

It will be pretty easy to tell if it needs tune, as the fuel trims will be out of line with the new MAF if it uses a different output curve.
