He only responds by email apparently. When I contacted him everything had to be done by email, and sometimes i'd have to wait a day or two just to get a response...very weird IMO!

 

Make the 3 hour trip to Tj at Baker, you won't be disappointed

Dr phil works out of Jakes automotive in Sterling Hgts. Salinas motorsports in Detroit is also a good ls tuner as well.

 

Yeah I'm going with the doctor. He has already been very helpful over email and seems like a nice guy.

 

For what it's worth Rich over at Motorcity Speed did a great job on my Camaro.

 

Good for you but he jacked mine up. After messing with them and Vector I went out and bought Hptuners.

 

Seems like TJ and Phil are the top tuners in Michigan. Their names are always brought up when it comes to tuning. mifbody.com is another good place because its local.

 

I took your advice and drove 2 hours out to Bakers to speak with TJ about putting in a different Cam in my 01 Z06 and re-tune. VERY impressive place. He seemed genuinely interested in earning my business.
I hate doing business with a place (or person) that make me, the customer, feel like i am an inconvenience. I'm sure Phil is awesome, but he is so good, he is clearly too busy for my business.

 

I wonder if the OP ended up going to Phil
