Swap to 6.0 from 5.3 Greetings to all. I have a sick 5.3 and have a chance to pick up a used 6.0 with a computer Serv.No. 09354896 CYCB. I want to know if this is a viable swap - 5.3 and existing computer out and 6.0 and new computer in will work without a bunch of headaches and money thrown at it to make it work. The subject truck is a 2002 Yukon. I am unsure the year of the donor 6.0 but the computer is supposed to be the matching PCM for the engine. The engine has iron heads and my 5.3 is aluminum heads.
