Default O2/Airflow mode config

Is there a config that helps align the O2 switch points with the airflow mode table for better CL operation OR can someone guide me in setting up a custom config for the above purpose. I'm getting some off idle surging while cruising up to 1800 rpms or so. It happens if I hold a steady mph and my AFR gauge starts swinging from 13 to 17 AFR. It does not do this in OL. ANY help is appreciated.

In the messing I've done, I just run a finger down the tables
and keep track on a scratch pad.

Your problem may not be fixed by simply changing a voltage,
if it's caused by a sensor putting out a different voltage at
different times for the same condition. Which is the nature
of the cold-O2-sensor problem.

Looking at what the sensors are really doing, and comparing
to what they should, is where to start.

Thanks for responding. To be frank, I don't even know where to start or what to look for as far as comparing what the O2s should be doing and what they're actual doing. I was hoping there was a config file around to help me get a handle or a better understanding as to what's going on.
