My swap does not not run abs or fuel gauge and I'm also using a p59 3 bar setup.. I would check your system options in hptuners and you'll also probably need a segment swap for the fuel gauge or just reconfigure the fuel settings with the compare function to match your 02 f-body settings.

Alright, I swapped all segments from a 2002 Tahoe into my 12216125 OS. The ABS error is gone and my fuel gauge is working

My only remaining issue is the "Service Vehicle" light. It's always on. The system options between my stock 12212156 OS and the 12216125 OS are identical. Only the last column "Not Used" states 255 for each value in the stock OS and 1 for the flex fuel OS. When I try to change it to 255 a warning pops up, see attached screenshot.

Any advice?

What happens if you first change it to say 1, save/exit/reopen, and then set it 255...?

Leave the "not used" at "1". Should be fine.

Use the VCM scanner to look up the active DTCs and report back.

Is your gas tank empty? Could be throwing a service vehicle light for that instead of a check guages or whatever. I had a 99 that threw a strange light when I was dangerously low on fuel.

Scan it with a scanner that can read abs and airbag codes

Like a tech2? Or are there other scanners that can read these codes?

And others (they mention ABS on the package).

I thought HPT would read DTC's from all modules...?

I have noticed on some cars that the HPT will not read BCM codes, so you'll need one that can read errors from BCM.

On F-car the BCM is not on the serial/vpw bus.

No, those are two different PCM's.

Ok thanks.
What about overwriting the O/S on the Vette with the Tahoe?

Those two OS's are not compatible with each other's PCM.
