Rev limiters and shift light

Rev limiters and shift light I have a 1998 LS1/M6 combo going into a 1971 Chevelle. I may drag race it and I would like to know if a two stage rev limiter can be tuned into the pcm?
Or can you use another rev limiter with the pcm?
Also, how can a shift light be wired in and how?
