How do you hold 3rd gear

I'm trying to do some WOT tuning and want the trans to stay in 3rd gear while I roll into the throttle. However, when I get to a certain rpm and TPS% the trans downshifts into 2nd. I tried changing my Part throttle Shift tables but it still down shifts. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to hold 3rd gear. My OS is a 2002 Camaro (156).

Use the bidirectional scanner trans gear select.

In the 3-2 downshift set the highest mph low and make sure you are above that speed. It will not downshift.

There's two tables, WOT and part throttle and they should match.
