Default weird ve numbers

I converted my car to 2 bar speed density since I put some turbos on it.(its an hptuners os) this is on an 02 camaro. My Ve numbers are really weird. At 3000 rpms the VE goes backwards. At 60 kpa i'm at 90% and at 110 kpa I'm down to 80%. Checked my map and it is reading correctly. I have my fuel pressure boost referenced and it is also reading correctly (about 35 psi idle, 40 psi at 100kpa and then rises 1 psi per boost pressure). I have all my injector flow rates the same in the flow rate table as it is boost referenced but the table does not have values for under boost, so I was wondering if the speed density tune will not work with the boost referenced regulator. The injectors are rated at 95 pounds at 40 psi, so entered 95 pounds in the hole table since I am running 40 psi at zero vacuum. I am really stumped. Any help would be great.
