Default voltage tuning?

okay so i took my car to AMP for a tune, ended up not being able to get a tune done due to all the sensor were very erratic... example the tps was reading from 1-7% an wasnt even open... another example the coolant temp was ready from 190-210 jumping all over there place...

so i checked all the grounds, an even added 2 engine grounds
changed the ecu out
put the battery on the charger

so basically im thinking the alternator is messed up an is surging power to everything...

i think this is the cause due too when the car isnt running everything is solid an not all jumpy

anyone have thoughts or ever had this problem?

Bad battery or alternator most likely would be my guess. Did they log voltage at all when they tried to tune it? Thats one of the first things I log when I have one doing weird stuff.
