GM Tech help needed! (ECM,BCM, keyfobs Question)

GM Tech help needed! (ECM,BCM, keyfobs Question) Car is a 2006 C6 Z06.
Original problem: Car was bought smashed on the right side, where the ECM sits, so the original ECM were toast in the crash....
Problem 1: A brand new ECM was bought at GM and a GM technichan tried to program it to the car with no luck, he couldn´t get any communcation with the ECM, therefor unable to program it?
Temporary solution: Borrowed ECM, BCM and keyfobs from Another Z06 (2007) I have, car starts right up and everything is fine, all functions is there, however this was just a temporary fix cause that car needed is computers back.
Problem 2: Was able to get all computers and keyfobs from a 2008 C6 LS3/manual car, but that was a no go, so I thought that car was to new, or something else is diffrent cause it was a none Z06, or that they changed something because of the 2 year diffrence between the cars...?
Problem 3:Recently I found all computers and keyfobs from a 2006 C6 Z06 at a junkyard that I tried and thought everthing is gonna be fine, cause it ran with the previous computers from the Z06 -07...but this was also a no go...what am I missing here? These last computers were from Z06 sold new in Europe? Anyone know of a diffrence between markets that makes my car not start?
