Default Gen IV LY6(2008) + 6L80 (2009) problems

I am having trouble with my swap. Gen IV LY6 (from GMC Sierra 2008 model) and 6L80 (from Escalade 2009 model) into my CJ7. I have a new standalone harness from Psiconversion. The engine starts but it usually stalls within one minute. The idle is sometimes OK but usually rough. I have trouble when I rev it up. Throttle pedal dies etc. I constantly get trouble codes U0100, U0121, U0140 and P0700. It seems to be too rich and the new spark plugs are getting black and dirty after just few starts in my garage. I have put 120 ohm resistor on the CAN bus (pin 13 and 14 on the TCM connector). I have also checked the camshaft magnet and it seems to be working properly because I thought that the camshaft vvt was causing the problems. I am using HP Tuners to analyze and reprogram. If I delete the trouble codes while the engine is running the engine sounds better but after 10-15 sec int turns the MIL on with the same codes.

The ECM (E38) OS# 12619078 and TCM OS# is 24249179.

Any ideas?

Post the data log[s] when this failure occurs.
Fuel psi is, when engine dies?

Default Rough idle and engine dies

I think I have solved the case with the U codes. I took out the Accessory wake up serial data wire. The engine starts and the MIL goes off.

It starts ok and the first Idle is fine. But I have trouble reving the engine up. It simply dies under 3000. After that it is difficult to start it and I have rough idle.

I now get the P0101, P01016, P0172, P0175.

I have attached two log files and the tune file (zipped). Can you see what is going on?

Default Pin 13 & 14 resistors

Can you tell me what is up with the resistors in the TCM plug connector pins 13 & 14? I see you have placed a resistor there. I have a 2010 5.3 & 6l80 with an E38 ECM from a GMC Sierra for my 70 Chevelle that was being set up by PATC before they sold out and stopped building hot rods. What I got back was a rats nest of a wiring harness that I have been cleaning up. I see that they have 2 resistors soldered together, which bridge the 13 & 14 pins in the TCM pin. It looks like they total 320 ohms. I haven't been able to find any information on why they would do this and your thread is the first mention of it that I have seen so far. All I can figure is that this is to get around no longer having a BCM. Is there anything else I need to know about this modification? I am pretty much done figuring out the wiring, I am mostly just concerned about these resistors since I can't find any information about them anywhere. Will it effect the programming? I see people are using corvette programming to get around the BCM problem. Should I use the corvette programming? I will have to find someone in Houston to do the programming now since PATC has pretty much screwed me over on my project now. Any help will be appreciated.

I know this is an old post, but did you figure out your wiring? I'm trying to get my 69 Chevelle going, using a 2010 truck 4.8L engine/trans/ecu/wiring also.
