Default What would cause a random stall in reverse

I have an LQ4 in my 67 Nova with a 4l65e,1 in 10 times I go from park to reverse or drive to reverse the car dies. Once this happens it will not restart and idle properly in any gear until its driven. I have to hold the throttle to get it into gear with out dying and the first stop I come to its recovered and runs fine. I have tried cycling the key when this occurs and waiting up to a minute and restart and its still wont idle. Only recovers after driving as little as 50 ft. Makes no sense to me. Any ideas? Has small cam and FAST LSXRT intake and BBK throttle body. Runs very well in all other respects

Had the same issue for a while, just needed more idle air in the RPM cells under idle speed.
