06 gto pcm reflash problem please help this is a car that I was putting back together at work for my boss while having the stock pcm reflashed for the vin the battery died on the car and now the bcm and pim will not communicate with the computer to reflash. all power and grounds are good to the bcm and pim. so could the pim and bcm have been hurt when the battery died during the flash?

More probable is that what you were writing when the
battery died, is what got hurt. Have you spoken to the
PCM since?
If PCM is alive, then maybe relink-VATS will smack the
other bus occupants upside.
I'd try pulling PCM fuses first, bus can hang and this
sometimes (like, if not bricked) resets that.
