Default Setting LS1 BS3 injector pulse angle

I have searched and I haven't found any real answers to this question. Im trying to set injector pulse angle, BS3 instructions say to subtract your crank reference figure from 360 and add the injector phase angle to it. My crank reference is 364.5 so I'm at -4.5 but I don't know where to find the injector phase numbers that I am supposed to add to this. Anyone have any ideas?

I know Zero about the Big Stuff ECM, but this sounds like what HP Tuners calls "Injector Timing". Here is a multi-hour read on the subject:
http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...ereencing-what

I would summarize it as having almost zero effect on WOT performance (because the injectors are running 80% of the time anyway) and having only a small effect on low to mid throttle performance. The suggestion was to adjust the Injector timing (open loop) for the highest VE table values in the idle and low throttle range.

Again, no idea if that is even what you are asking. Just trying to get the conversation started.

This is what was I used in the last bs3 car I tuned. My crank reference was a little different than your but not by much.

Thanks for the replies. I just got off the phone with john @big stuff. Maybe this info will be helpful for others during their setup and tuning. First off he told me that this is only going to make a difference at less than 65 % duty cycle. He said a good base number would be 320 for an ls engine. Also I asked which way the input number affected the injector timing and he said that the higher the input number the closer to tdc the injector cycle would be. Hope this helps someone out and saves john another call about it from someone in the future. Lsx perf thanks for that screen shot it seems to be right on and a good starting point for an ls.

Yes thanks for the link. The numbers are not the same from what I can tell because they are changing the factory pcm by a certain amount to cover a cam change but it is the same theory.
