Default PCM Pulse Per Mile Change Needed

Hello,
I'm looking for someone preferably in the NorCal area that can do a Pulse Per Miles change for my speedo. I believe stock is 4000 PPM for the 2001 Camaro LS1/T56, I need the PCM to read 16,000. Unfortunately I do not have the software to do this, therefore I'm soliciting help on LS1Tech. Thank you for your time in advance!
