Default Timing wont go any lower

I'm using Hptuners to tune my car. 6.0 twin turbo, 120lbs. injectors, e85. I cant get the timing to drop below 20 degrees at anything passed about 1200 rpm and .16 cylinder air mass. My main advance ( high and low octane ) and idle spark advance tables don't contain anything higher than 15 in them, at any point. It reads a little higher below the numbers I listed, then just flat lines at 20 when scanning. What else is commanding the timing that takes precedence over the main tables? All my correction tables are pretty much zeroed out.

Have you checked the Spark Correction tables - AFR, IAT and ECT?
If they look OK to you, why not post your tune and perhaps one of the experts (not me!) will see the problem.

Are you using a 2 bar operating system.

I know you are using HP, but with EFI live, if there are any parameters "out of range" it will do all kinds of crazy stuff including screw up your timing.
