Default Need Help! Please look at HPTuner Data Log

Wrecked 1998 Blazer, 4.3L V6, re-framed, now runs really rough. I bent the frame horn on driver side, but that was it, decided to just do a frame swap. But the motor seems to run really rough now. I checked O2 sensors, checked grounds, changed computers, checked for spark and compression, and even changed injectors, and checked for good fuel pressure. Please look at diagnostic info, motor shakes bad, and there is a severe lack of power.

Your fuel trims indicate a significant lean condition on bank 1.

More than likely you have a manifold or exhaust leak on that side.

4.3's are known for
Bad injectors, I've seen all 6 of them blocked.
Bad caps and rotors
Broken distributor housings, if you need to replace it buy a metal one from Skip White.
Bad crank sensors

Well I did a vacuum test by pumping smoke into the brake booster hose, and through the EGR Valve but only saw smoke come out of the Distributor when I filled the crank case through the EGR Valve, and when I went through the booster hose, I never saw any smoke coming out, so I'm not sure if my intake manifold is messed up, because it seemed to be sealed. And next I am going to investigate into the distributor, because I have already change injectors as it is.
