O2 reading low

My bank one (DS) O2 sensor reads in the 60s and 70s a lot while idling and cruising but when I go WOT both O2s read in the 800s or so which is where they suppose to be. The car idles and cruises excellent with no hesitation at all and my wideband and logs does not show that there are any lean conditions. Should I just replace the drive side O2?

Swap sensors L & R and see if the problem moves with the sensor.

Swapped O2s and that didn't correct the problem. My IACs are good so I don't believe I have a vacuum leak. I replaced my headers along with new gaskets and everything is sealed up nicely so what should I be focusing on next?
