False knock?

False knock? I am getting dtc p0332. I just put in a centerforce clutch and pressure plate. New steel flywheel, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, slave cylinder. I did not have the dtc before I did the install. I got the dtc after install. I have not gotten on the car still breaking in everything. Any suggestions?
