LQ4 won't rev up. Idles fine, chokes under throttle (video)

Looks like injectors are cutting out??? I have never seen this happen before. Any ideas as to what is causing it? I made the harness for these guys and did the flash. No codes are set. They are on the other side of the state so this was all done through mail.

FF to :25 to see problem with noid light on #1

There's a forum for these issues... Called tune/diagnostics.

Plenty of other diagnostic questions in here. I also believe it may be a CKP or reluctor wheel issue that is cutting injectors. Which is of course gen IIi 'internal'.
