Default Rpm help

Theres no better place to ask with all the experts here and support. This is my favorite site for support so I would try the knowledge on this site. I have a 2007 Suburban 5.3. When I bought the truck, the guy said he had the computer tuned to ideal higher so it would cool the truck off faster (A/C). I dont like how it ideals (1000 rpms), it try to push the truck really hard when I'm stopped in drive. I have to hold the brake really hard. Is there a good tuner to send the computer to, to have it adjusted back down or anyone near Jacksonville FL that does a good job. Looking for advise, because I'm running out of options. Any help, helps out.

Thanks

We can do a full mail order tune or just flash it back to stock, whatever you would like.
