Default P1515 trouble

I'm not sure what to do next. I have a lq4 swapped into my 67 Chevy truck. The motor is a 6.0 from a Yukon Denali. I've checked the yello wire at the throttle actuator but looks good. TAC module had a hole in it from before I got it so I found another with same part number on eBay. I changed the throttle position sensor early last summer because it wouldn't shift out of first at WOT. Ran great until a couple weeks ago. Should I replace the throttle or change the actuator motor? I did this swap 3 years ago without any trouble. Thanks for any help.

I removed the throttle body and will clean it tonight then reassemble. I'm going to replace the pedal sensor. I'll let you know how it comes out.

You should try checking in the conversion section since a lot people over there do the same swap and my have run into your problem.
