Default SD DTC's

For running a SD tune, do I need to disable 101,102,103, or leave enabled and set "no mil light so the computer will see it after I've set MAF to 0?
Thanks

Don't disable them, you need those to be active.

Just hide them so you don't get a CEL all the time on your dash.
