Default Deleting Torque Management...set max torque enough?

Is setting the max torque to 640 enough, or do you also have to delete the table for it to really go away? Curious because I don't think setting the max torque only worked.

There are multiple torque management functions
and tables. Engine TM and transmission shift TM,
abuse modes TM. What people usually are talking
about is the shift TM on automatics. But, for
example, in the latest HPTuners release there is
a table for maximum torque vs RPM vs gear, as
well as the "cap" single value, for engine itself.
Plus the trans shift torque reduction (TM as most
people know it).

I don't know how you would delete the table. I
think that's part of the "operating system", to
refer to it; all you can do is make sure it has
values that you like. Like, my engine TM limit
"cap" is set to 640 and the /RPM/gear table is
all 638s. Should not be a problem

And then, there's who knows what-all that
nobody has dragged out into the light, yet.

The engine will pull ignition timing based on a table in the cars computer. You can zero out the table, which I just did. I guess I will just have to do trial and error on it.
