I need some tips on how to eliminate some of the part-throttle, low-RPM (2000 and below) surging I have. I also have a problem with the car hesitating after changing gears, usually only in the lower RPM range. It's as if the car is hardly making power, then jerks and takes off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll be using HPTuners to do the tuning, and my mods can be found in my sig.

When I rasied my rpm a bit and added timng up to 1200rpm it stopped the parking lot surge I use to get.
