Thanks in advance for anyone who might can help. I've googled all I can google. I'll keep it short as possible. 77 international scout with a 98 LS1 out of a C5 w/ 99 ecm and harness/DBW/4L60E. The first mail order tune was not programmed for the DBW, Idled fine-2nd received idles @2000RPM.(still no throttle response) I did not let this idle too long (will try idle relearn tonight). No change with rpm when the following are unplugged at different times tps, pedal, or throttle actuator. Curious if this does not work if anyone has had this issue or if you guys think it might either be a programming issue-or if it just needs to do an idle relearn.
Also the only codes pulled were for the MIL lamp and coil g malfunction
