Rev Limiter Problem - In over my head (again...)

Rev Limiter Problem - In over my head (again...) Scary thing happening at WOT on the highway twice now recently - the car bogs like it hit a wall. My first instinct is that I'm hitting the rev limiter, but since I never did it before, not sure what that feels like. Anyway, it would make sense since I recently tried to tweak my shift points/rev limiter/shift times with my Predator. Here is where I'm at - should I be hitting the limiter? Doesn't make sense to me
(please note I have A4 w/ 3.73 gears)
Rev Limiter Settings
1st 6300 ON 6200 OFF
2nd 6250 ON 6160 OFF
3rd 6200 ON 6100 OFF
4th 6150 ON 6100 OFF
(5&6 doesn't matter right)
Shift Points
1->2 42MPH or 5960 RPM
2->3 80MPH 0r 5870 RPM
3->4 125MPH or 5900 RPM
-25% all normal shift time
-25% all perf shift time
Can someone please tell me what is screwing things up? I've had the car for almost a year and this has only happened since I messed with the shift points/limiter/shift times, but I don't know what to do to fix it!
I suck.

Those shiftpoints look like what a 3.23
car would want for MPH. I don't think
you can get to 80MPH in 2nd, with 3.73s,
by 6200RPM.
I think you ought to have a 70MPH 2-3
and a 36MPH 1-2. But why you aren't
having similar trouble on the 1-2 is a
puzzle. Of course, people don't go in 1st
gear on the highway much.
