P0106 & P1516 Engine Codes

P0106 & P1516 Engine Codes I have a 68 Camaro with a 2008 6.0L truck bottom end and the LS3 top end. Custom cam .629/.612, 226/234,112LSA. Car was dyno tuned and after getting it home and finalizing a few exterior details on the car, I brought it out for its first trip down the road. After the car hits OD (4L65E), the check engine light comes on. The car seems to run okay. I get it home and hook the scanner to it and am getting the P0106 and P1516 codes. I can clear the codes and drive it again and it does the exact same thing in almost the exact same spot. This has happened about 10 times now. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? Is this perhaps a tuning issue or faulty parts?
It's always helpful if you would give the code descriptions instead of just the numbers.
P0106 is map sensor performance.
P1516 is the TAC module for the DBW throttle.
I think a live scan of the data with something like HPTuners would go a long way to seeing what the issues are.
Maybe take it back to the tuner and see what he says. I'd think he would have the capability.
