This is bizarre... Okay so a while back I dyno'd my car with the timing tables and stuff I have on it now...and put 360 ft lbs down. I increased timing in a certain rpm range and last weekend I dyno'd 330 ft lbs. I increased in rwhp...but dropped 30 ft lbs. I reverted the tune back to how I had it...with the same results. I guess I need to try another dyno, but have any of you heard of this? If so, how should I tune for torque and max power?

I got ahold of some timing tables that are more inclined to fit the cam I have. I'm going to try these out. I'll let you know how it turns out on the dyno...but the butt meter is good!
You need to stay on top of KR because too many
knock events will just push you down toward the
low octane table despite what you may do to the
high octane. If you make changes and don't see
a corresponding shift in the actual timing in logs,
suspect this.
