Need some tunning help in HP tuners For the life of me I cant figure out why the trans wants to down shift to 1st at almost wot and wot. I used efilive in the past but theres like 6 different things for trans shifting in hp tuners so im alittle confused if it is seeing something im not.

You have some pretty large numbers in both the upshift and downshift tables. The way the downshift strategy works is if you are over the mph number in the cell for the 2-1. 3-2, or 4-3 and that TPS, it won't downshift. So to prevent downshifting put lower numbers in the cells for the TPS you don't want it downshifting at. Again your tables look a little strange but you have the speedometer calibrated for a 3.00 rear gear and a 25.91" tire so that would have scaled the tables higher if you allowed the software to scale them for those changes.

So the 2-1 is set at 35 so it shouldn't shift to 1 right? At most it would shift to 2nd yes? 2nd on paper should go to 100 maybe I need to factor in for my stall?

Hmm well doing the calculation for shift. (60*trans output rev)/trans revs per mile I get 33.5mph. Speedo is correct at 56 mph. So would I change the trans rev per mile to get the mph of the trans to match the speedo?

Well thing worked great in 3rd and 4th 1-2 not at all. Starting to wonder if 1-2 bands are going. By the setting my car should shift out of 1st till 17mph with 0%. Mine currently is 12.
