Default Compatibility with non-Gen III TPS/IAC w/ Gen III PCM??

For instance, L98-style TPS also has 3 wires and a 5V maximum value, like the Gen III sensor. L98-style IAC also has 4 wires (like the Gen III piece), but I don't know if it works the same way as the piece on our motors.

The reason I ask is because I am thinking about taking the GM single plane carb intake and converting it to EFI w/ a 4 barrel throttlebody like the one in the pic:

FYI, I am planning on running a carb bonnet like the one in the pic and connecting it to the MAF, so all of my incoming air would be measured that way...

Well i know with the ls1 motors my tps will fit on most other gm vehicles like my 99 grand am. Also the mid 90s grand prix, malibus, cavaliers and thats just the cars that i,ve noticed so i,m assuming it,s most likely the same on most gm vehicles.

If the 3rd gen and LS1 connectors are the same as far as number of pins then you can swap them. My FAST came with 3rd gen connectors and we spliced in all LS1 connectors for:
IAC
TPS
IAT
CAM
