I picked up a 99 ws6 about a week ago and I had a CEL so Iscanned the codes and came up with a P1336 code no after research I've foundthat it means that it needs a crank re-learn. It makes sense since the previous owner said he changed thecomputer. I know I need to take it tothe dealer to have this process done with their scanner but my question is willit cause any harm driving it before I get to the dealer. Any help would be appreciated.

It will keep coming back until the relearn is done. The car will run fine. It is just for accurate misfile detection. Anyone with HP Tuners or Snap On Solus scanner can do it. It takes about 10 seconds to do it so you might check around and see if you can get it done cheaper than a dealer will charge. I usually do them for free.
