LS1 MAP or LS3 MAP?

LS1 MAP or LS3 MAP?
OK, I did search but info I found was older and hoping there is some "newer" input.
I have a 1998 pcm/LS1 car and will be installing a LQ4 with L92 heads, LS3 intake, and NW92.
Wiring and tuning are my weak points...For my tuner, should I use the LS1 MAP sensor, modded to fit the LS3 hole in the front of intake or drill back of LS3 intake to fit and wire will reach OR buy a LS3 MAP and find an extension/adapter to LS1 plug.
My tuner is not the easiest to get a hold of so though I would seek out the expert opinions here. Thanks,

I would use the Ls1 map so you don't have any problems with your pcm reading it.
