Car wants to die during Idle (Poor tune perhaps)

Car wants to die during Idle (Poor tune perhaps) Well I have done a large amount of trouble shooting and cant seem to figure out why my car was having such a poor idle. I've narrowed it down to the tune. I have HPT software on my laptop and the cable so I can make any minor changes needed.... but how fucked up is this tune?
Other than the idle the car runs great. Trapped 115 mph before this tune and now it feels like a completely different car. (kicks the rear end out doing 70 mph)
MODs as follows:
longtube headers straight pipe exhaust
intake
FAST 102 mm IM
102 mm TB
unknown spec cam.
underdrive pulley
EDIT: Before anyone asks the tune was a mail order tune. I have no idea who did it as I bought the vehicle with this tune. At that time is was cam only. All the other mods were installed and used this same tune.
