RPM Haning I know that this has been discussed before in many threads but none seem to pertain to my situation. I have a 2006 C6 corvette with an ls2 and a manual transmission in it. It has been modded with a tune, cam, headers, cat delete pipes, cai, and slp exhaust. I've had the car about 6 months and the rpm hanging just started happening. At first it was a vacuum leak because of a loose hose clamp. I tightened it and it went away now its back.
In between shifts it takes longer for my rpms to drop so if i shift too quick the car jerks forward. If i'm just coasting no matter what speed the rpms will either drop to or jump up to between 1200-1500 rpms. Also if the car is parked with the E-brake on and i rev it the rpms hover around 1100 before returning back to 900 where it normally idles. I monitored my LTFTs and the are adding about 16.7%. I looked at the tps% on my scanner and at normal idle its at 18% but any time i'm having the idle problem it goes to 21.2%.
So far i've sprayed throttle body cleaner everywhere to check for intake and vacuum leaks. Cleaned my cold air intake filter. Cleaned the throttle body. Cleaned the MAF. Disconnecting the MAF to see if it stops doing it. Dissconneted the battery for a few hours It can't be the tune because the car was running fine until recently. No engine lights. No codes. Can't think of anything else

I recommend a smoke test. It sounds like a vacuum leak.
Use a hookah or a cigar and blow smoke into the intake. Block it off right after. Anywhere you see smoke coming out, fix it.
