Default TPS stuck at 0% always

When scanning my car with the HP Tuners scanner, the TPS percentage always remains at zero, regardless of the actual throttle position. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I do not have any TPS codes (or any codes), but I replaced the sensor just to try that. I also verified the 5v reference voltage and ground in the connector ports with a multimeter.

Default

Figured it out by searching the HP tuners forum.

I just had the wrong parameter bound to the TPS display in the scanner for some reason. It was using "Accelerator Pedal Position" and our cars do not have a pedal sensor. The correct parameter is "Throttle Position (SAE)", once I added that and removed the pedal one it worked.
