AC compressor shut down, what engine temp and TPS %??
I'm setting up my Holley ECU and am enabling the AC shutdown feature to cut off my AC compressor at WOT.
I have two settings I am unsure of and thats Max TPS and Max Coolant temp.
What TPS % should I enable the compressor to cut off? 1/2 or 3/4 throttle? Ot even full throttle?
And what coolant temp should this be at to disable the compressor? I have a stock LS1 184 (ish) degree thermostat and fan temps are set to come on at 226 and 235 degrees.
Should I set the compressor to disable around 235 degrees?
I'm not sure what the normal operating temps of a LS1 engine should be, so I guess that would be a start.
Thanks in advance
