Could it be the tune that causes catalyst not ready?

Do you think because my car is tuned, it's causing the catalyst not to be ready? I installed a battery over a month ago and drove the car over 1000 miles in various conditions but the catalyst is still not ready.

If somebody "Disabled" a test that the readiness series
requires, it will never complete. "Enabled, No Error
Reported" is the right way.
Other than that you should look for codes that are
active but maybe set to "No MIL", which would let
them defeat readiness but give no obvious indication.

Everything should be ready as it had no problems before passing both the sniffer and obd2 check with the current tune. There are no codes so I am wondering if maybe the cats are borderline. Not bad enough to trigger a code but not good enough to complete a drive cycle.

If a fault comes up enough to bother the readiness test
you ought to see at least either a "immature" or "history"
residue. Or, your driving never hits the criterion for the
readiness test to go (drive cycle wants specific things,
not all of our commutes get you there).
And, too, if you don't meet the criteria to rerun the
readiness test, you won't fail it either until some
event (like PCM write / reset) knocks you out of bed.
