L92 DBW delete i know this topic has probably been beaten to death already but a buddy of mine wants me to convert the dbw on his 07 L92 in his 76 cj7 to cable i know i need a 92mm tbody with tps and iac and tje cable bracket but how do i get the ecu to like it or should i swap it out for the ls1 ecu any help would be amazing I've searched google and no clear answers
You need a Gen3 PCM, early P59 (green/blue) or P01 (red/blue).
Gen4 controllers have no provision for cable throttles. I don't know if a GMPP controller can do it but E38, E40, E67 etc don't.
Why does He want to change to DBC? A DBW TB works pretty good, I like them more than DBC since it's cleaner and prettier.
