clearing codes

will my predator get rid of my ses light if i remove my A.I.R. and EGR, or will i have to get a special program for it

O2 sensors, AIR, EGR.... those are jobs for LS1 Edit/HP Tuners to disable so the PCM won't look for them and flash a SES.

I have read where RunninWithTheDevil or whatever his screename is does custom tunes to delete what you are talking about. I do not believe it is possible with the out of the box setup.

you can copy your tune to the predator, get a 9 pin serial cable and connect the predator to your PC, download the software from the diablosport site, and e-mail your tune to the guys at diablosport. They can delete the air and egr from your program and send it back to you.
