First startup issue...VATS?, or Mods My big day was a little anticlimactic.
Fired up my build for the first time, but it wont stay running.
Not quite sure what the issue is. It will start right up, then die after a few seconds.
I was told VATS was disabled.
Stock LS1, stock ecu, Twin turbos, 3 bar MAP, 80 lb injectors.
I know I will need a tune, but thought I could at least start it up and move it around etc.
welcome any thoughts.

I had a similar issue when I first started my build and it ended up being a bad cam position sensor.
that said stock ecu mean stock tune? I got a baseline mail order tune before I started mine since I had a pretty long drive to get to a tuner.

I used Horse power house but they arent in business anymore. I know what you mean about double dipping on the tune, it sucks. I was just not comfortable driving it an hour away to get to a tuner, lot of money in an engine just to trash it cause I was stingy. Think I paid $200 for the mailorder, and it was fine to drive just not thrash on. course if you have a tuner closer to you, you can always have it towed.
