code after whipple install

code after whipple install hi guys yesterday i finished my build with whipple 2.9 liter on my 2014 camaro
everything went straight excepet fo 3 codes i saw on the pcm
0x7E8: P0122 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit Low (Permanant)
0x7E8: P0223 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit High (Permanant)
0x7E8: U0109 - Lost Communication With Fuel Pump Control Module (Permanant)
i tried to chance the tb with no ?resoults. i also changed the fpcm with the stock one but the cose was still there
btw the car starts with no problem. i cruisd with no problem.
do you guys know what can be?
