Speed density and altitude change
The problem is (and the same happens with MAF) when the car is tuned at high altitude, it will not hit the lowest part of the VE table. For example in my city we have 85 KPa at WOT, can't tune 90 and higher MAP values.
When you drive the car to a lower altitude it will see higher MAP at WOT, those untuned cells may be rich or lean depending on the tuner.
OLSD is the more sensitive to altitude changes, but it works good. As long as it was properly tuned you won't see a difference. There are millions of cars running SD from factory.
