Default Flooded car woes

I need help. Submerged the 2000 camaro 2 months ago. Was completely under water for 15hrs. It WAS NOT running when it went under. 5.7 with Manual trans.
I have drained all fluids. Filled the motor with transmission fluid. Changed out the T56 fluid and the rear end.
Now that I have dried and cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned, I'm not sure what I need to do next. I have no codes. But I also don't have any engine bay power. I just don't know where to start. Is the ecm shot? All fuses are good. I don't even have a horn.

I'm aware this will be a pain to salvage. My father gave me the car in a trade and I would like to keep it. Sad part about it, the car looks great! No physical damage.

Some modules may be fried.
I'd start taking apart both fuse boxes to dry and clean them. Pull all fuses/relays, clean or replace them, clean all contacts with electronic circuit cleaner.
After that remove and disassemble BCM and PCM to check for damage, dry and clean including the harness pins.
Next, clean all grounds. You need to search the web for the location, there are several ground points and you need to clean all of them.
Install everything back and do a test, you should have at least basic power.

The car can be salvaged, but be aware that it will be a PITA for a while and you need to clean every connector and terminal. They will corrode sooner or later and start causing problems months after the flood.

The ecm looks great. No evidence that it got wet. The bcm is a corroded mess. Would the bcm keep me from having any engine or drive train power? I have interior lights and window and rear hatch power.

You can take the pcm out and should still have power under the hood. I worked on a flooded C5 vette years ago, it was only under water for 30 minutes but it was completely under water and was running when it went under. We drained all the fluids and ended up flushing them several times. Besides having to disable the whole car to dry it out and clean it the only electronic part that we actually had to replace was the electronic throttle body. But with electronics and water its a crap shoot on where all water could have got into and started corrosion. Once we had the car back together we still had stuff corroding months later. It can be an uphill battle but luckily for you a 2000 camaro doesn't have near the electronics a vete does.

I can only check the pcm, don't have a way to check the bcm out of rhe vehicle.
