Default Knock sensors killing me...any words of advice?

So I just took my car to the dyno...98 Z with the mods in sig...took it down after adding PRC225 62cc heads, Cometic 0.040" head gaskets,l (~11.2:1) FAST 102/102, FAST 36# injectors, Delphi 85 MAF....

Car has only made 412 at this point...tuner said he is fighting knock hard...is having trouble getting past 22-23 degrees of timing which sounds crazy low compared to every engine build I've ever followed...I also installed a catch can thinking that may have contributed to him fighting knock last time on dyno when I made 373 with LS6 top end...car was filled with fresh 93 gas from sheetz and I really have a hard time believe the gas is that bad or my compression is that high for pump gas with all the setups I have seen over the years on here...

I posted in internal engine section and got some good feedback but figured it was worth posting in this section just to get as much info as possible when I get the car back...any other experiences with a car that won't take any timing because of knock?

How lean is he trying to run it? How rich has he tried to get the knock to go away? How consistent is the KR? Always at the same rpm? Every pull? What kind of dyno? There is always the throw 5 gallons of 100 octane unleaded and if it goes away it is real. If it doesn't its false. Would help to see the data log and tune.

It's is dyno jet and every pull he says he is fighting knock, he was able to a little bit of timing after peak torque
